My package has been marked as Delivered but I have not received it (yet)?
Once the package has been picked up by the shipping company, the shipping company will provide you with the track and trace number. Please contact the shipping company to locate your package.

Once the package has been picked up by the shipping company, the shipping company will provide you with the track and trace number.
After you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive!
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once you have been given a tracking number, we are not able to cancel or make changes.

To cancel a processed order that has not been assigned a tracking number, please log in to your account and cancel the order or email us at info@seedandessentials.com immediately with subject line "Order Cancellation/ [insert order number]/[insert date order placed]".
My order arrived and something is missing, incorrect or damaged.
If your package has arrived and you find that something in your order is missing, incorrect or damage, please log in to your account or email us at info@seedandessentials.com within 2 days with subject line "[missing, incorrect or damaged] Order / [insert order number]/[insert date order placed]". Please include your order number and photos of any damage.
